• R250 cleaning/booking fee charged per cottage rental.
• R500 breakage deposit per cottage rental, refunded within 5 days after departure.
• 50% payable in advance to confirm booking. Deposits not made by stipulated date will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
• Balance payable 7 days prior to arrival.
• Bed linen provided.
• Towels and kitchen cloths not supplied.
• Cottages are not serviced.
• No discounts. No commissions.
• PETS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
• Cancellation Policy - Non refundable admin fee R250.
• More than 60 days prior to arrival deposit less admin fee.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival - No refund.
• If cottage relet refund pro rata.
• Seaside Cottages reserve the right to alter tariffs without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.
