Booking policy

• 2 Nights Low / Mid Season
• 5 Nights High / 7 Nights Peak Season
• Kindly note that the Admin/sanitizing fee (R395.00) and refundable breakage deposit (R500.00) will only be added on completion of the reservation by Seaside Cottages.
• Garages : If available - R100 per day
• R395 Admin/sanitizing fee charged per cottage rental.
• R500 breakage deposit per cottage rental, refunded within 7days after departure.
• 50% payable in advance to confirm booking. Deposits not made by stipulated date will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
• Balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.
• Bed linen provided.
• Towels and kitchen cloths not supplied.
• Cottages are not serviced.
• Discounts under specials.  No commission given
• PETS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
• Cancellation Policy - 
• Cancellation admin fee of R500 if booking is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
• Less than 14 days 100% cancellation 
• If the cottage is re-let the refund would be pro-rata.
• Seaside Cottages reserve the right to alter tariffs without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.
• Management reserves the right to change cottages if owners require a long let or for their own purposes.
• NOT ALL COTTAGES HAVE WIFI
