Kindly note that the Admin/Cleaning Fee (R425.00) and the Refundable Breakage Fee (R500.00) will only be added on completion of the reservation by Seaside Cottages.

R100 per day
- R425 Admin/Cleaning fee charged per cottage rental. Please note this fee pertains to the set-up/initiation of the booking and the cleaning, sanitizing and inventory preparation and checking after departure.
- R500 Refundable Breakage Fee per cottage rental, refunded once the cottage has been checked by our staff.
- 50% payable in advance to confirm the booking. Deposits not made by the stipulated date will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
- Balance payable between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival.
- Bed linen provided.
- Towels and kitchen cloths not supplied. Bring items such as toilet paper, refuse bags etc.
- Cottages are not serviced.
- PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
- Cancellation Policy - An administration fee of R500 will be charged when cancelling your booking.
- More than 60 days prior to arrival - refund of deposit less admin fee.
- Less than 30 days prior to arrival - no refund. We would consider moving the booking to alternative dates.
- If the cottage is re-let the refund would be pro rata.
- Seaside Cottages reserve the right to alter tariffs without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.
- Please note that should you deposit cash into our account, the bank’s cash deposit fee will be deducted from your breakage deposit.
- NB: By making payment for your booking you are accepting the terms and conditions wherewith.
Kindly note: the admin/cleaning fee (R425.00) and refundable breakage fee (R500.00) are NOT AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED by our online Nightsbridge booking system, but are added manually to the total amount for your booking. Credit card transactions will therefore be processed by us with the addition of the admin fee and breakage deposit.

We stayed at Cottage 69 8-10/09/2023 and had an amazing stay.The weather was not beach perfect but we rested,walked in the town,enjoyed a seaside lunch watching the Rugby and enjoyed every minute in the Cottage. It was well equipped, neat and felt like we were miles away from home. Thank you Seaside Cottages

Cottage 66 : Being so close to the beach was awesome. The house was perfectly clean. To curl up in fresh, crisp hotel-like bedding was an added bonus. I enjoyed the sun shining through the window in the main bedroom.We loved the personal touches of the towels.Its a hidden gem and absolutely recommendable.Thank you very much for a much needed break away.

A breakaway so close to home and it felt like I was far away in another city. The quietness and tranquility was ecstatic. Our cottage was neat and tidy and had everything we need.
